Hazy Coastal Highway 1   It's the time of the year when the morning hours at the Pacific Ocean are often hazy or even covered with deep fog. Usually it clears up later during the day. This is at Hwy 1, there is a car in the distance and some kind of building on top of the mountain, the air is cool and damp.
