The House by the Sea   Walking along the cliff close to Bixby Bridge trying to find a good spot for a picture of the fog rolling in, I see a house on the bottom close to the Pacific Ocean. How amazing is that? How do they get up to the HWY 1? Do they go shopping by boat?
